This full day class is a hands on, deep dive into both the Hi-Lift Jack as well as all things tires. Students will learn the following:
Hi-Lift Jack
safe and proper operation
jack mechanics
Lifting, Casting, Winching and clamping/spreading
Jack maintenance
Accessory usage
Real trail scenarios
Tires
types, aspect ratio
how to air up/down
replacement of valve stems
patching holes and sidewalls
how to de-bead a tire with a Hi-Lift Jack
how to change a tire
Students do not need to bring any equipment for this class. Please dress appropriately as some of the class will be indoors but much will be outside and it’s December, NH weather can be cold, snowy or rainy.
