Ned is a certified Land Rover Instructor, spending part of his time teaching at the Land Rover Experience Vermont Centre. He is also the founder, a board member and president of the Defenders Off-Road Club of New Hampshire (DORC-NH), the New Hamphire Land Rover Club. Ned has been guiding and instructing in various off-road capacities fo over 10 years. Taking tours throughout New England, CO, UT, TX and more. When he’s not in his 2022 Land Rover Defender 110 (aka StormTrooperLandy), he’s teaching skiing, coaching hockey or enjoying his 226 year old farm Feather Tail Farms with his 4 golden retrievers; Wila, Pippa, Mac and Graham. A life long learner, Ned is usually spending free time taking courses with other world renowned instructors and is currently apprenticing with the I4WDTA for additional certifications. Ned is also Red Cross 1st Aid Certified.

Syd, has lifelong passion for the outdoors. An avid snowboarder, hiker and off-roader, she can usually be found exploring one NH’s many amazing mountain trails either by foot or in her trusty Taco (Toyota Tacoma). Syd got her first taste of the off-road overlanding life with the Subaru crew here in New England. Teaching and instructing is in her blood. When she’s not teaching and inspiring other female off-roaders, she is teaching snowboarding on the slopes.
