Off-road Driving 101

In this class students will learn the fundamentals of how to drive on-trail/off-road. Starting with a class room session, the basics of AWD and 4wd systems will be gone into in-depth as this is the foundation for understanding one’s vehicle. Students will learn the principles of Mechanical Sympathy and Mechanical Advantage so that they can get the most out of their vehicle on-trail with no issues. We will move from the classroom to a closed course to focus on proper driving techniques, seat position and vehicle spatial awareness. After lunch students will then proceed in convoy fashion for real trail experience to put into affect skills that they have learned. Cost $300/person. Reserve Your Spot

Requirements:

Proper trail clothing/weather specific

Valid driver’s license and up to date vehicle insurance

Students may use STL OFFROAD vehicles
